Hakatai is pleased to offer a selection of products available on a special order basis. We have long-standing relationships with our suppliers, and work closely with them to find unique specialty products. Our suppliers perform rigorous inspections prior to shipping to ensure that our special order products are of the same high quality as our stocked products.

Program Details
Products that Hakatai does not stock can be ordered and included with our next ocean import shipment at no extra cost.
Arrival date in the U.S. depends on the product’s availability from our supplier and the ocean shipping schedule of the order. A timeframe of 8 to 12 weeks is suggested for planning purposes, with a more exact delivery date estimated at the time the order is placed.
If a special order product is required more quickly than is possible by its being combined with a scheduled Hakatai ocean shipment, we will quote other available shipping methods, including air freight.
Shipping costs for air freight orders will be quoted on an order-by-order basis. A timeframe of 3 to 6 weeks is suggested for planning purposes, with a more exact delivery date estimated at the time the order is placed. Handling fees may apply depending on order size.
Terms and Conditions
Minimum order quantity for special orders varies depending upon product.
Terms of sale: 50% non-refundable deposit at time of order; remainder at time of shipment from Ashland.
Air freight costs: 100% payment at time of order.
All sales are final; standard return policy does not apply.
