Repeating pattern ordering procedure:

Choose your pattern and select colors in the appropriate tile size.
 
Price quote is provided based on the patterns and colors chosen.  Quote generally takes about 3-4 business days.
 
Once quotation is approved, Hakatai collects 50% deposit to begin production.
 
Upon receiving your 50% deposit, the lead time is approximately 8 to 12 weeks for 5/8” tile patterns.
 
We will notify you when your repeating pattern is ready to ship and collect the remaining 50% plus shipping charges at that time.
