Paradox Information: Tile Color: Each Paradox mural is hand-cut and hand-aligned using the Saix Fantastix color of your choice. Dimensions: Paradox designs are scaled or cropped to fit your specified dimensions. The suggested minimum dimensions are 4 feet high x 18 inches wide. Design Drawings: After receiving design specifications, a simulated drawing of your custom Paradox design will be emailed for your final approval. Mounting: Paradox murals are available mesh-back mounted or paper-face mounted. (Mesh-backed mounted murals are also mounted with clear film on the face of the tile for extra protection during shipping and installation.) Note: Paper face mounted murals must be installed paper side up. Packing: Mural panels up to 6.5 feetx 13 feetare shipped as a single unit and rolled up, like a carpet. Murals larger than this are cut into smaller sections at the factory and then rejoined at time of installation. Each section is labeled and a positioning guideline is included. Design Orientation: Paradox designs may be oriented vertically or horizontally. Borders: Paradox murals may be produced either with an un-cut tile border or without any border at all. Corner Applications: Paradox Panels can be produced for corner applications, such as shower walls, so that the design flows from one wall to the next. Installation: Murals can be installed directly onto a wall substrate. Or, can first be installed on a horizontally positioned backer board (or other approved substrate) which is then lifted and attached to the vertical wall surface. To achieve desired results, it is highly recommended that skilled tile tradesmen be used for all mural installations. Grout: Hakatai recommends sanded grout for Paradox murals. Suitable Applications: Interior and exterior walls and backsplashes. Pricing: Each Paradox mural is individually quoted based on the dimensions and fineness of cut. Lead Time: Upon receiving your final design approval and 50% deposit, the lead time is approximately 8 to 12 weeks. This lead time estimateincludes ocean shipment fromour factory. Air freight is also available. Balance Due: The remaining balance of your Paradox order, including shipping, will be due when the order is ready to ship. If paying by check, we must receive the check prior to shipping. Due to the inherent nature of manufacturing glass mosaic tile, the Paradox mural may not match previous samples of our Saix Fantastix tile that you have seen or received.
